Price Increase


⦁    Effective October 1st, there will be a price increase on Barbering and Salon Services. This price increase is necessary due to the increasing distribution costs that are out of our control.

 

We thank you for your continued business and support, and hope you understand our need to implement this                      adjustment.  


⦁    Color Pricing will change as follows:

Aside from an $7 increase to the current a la cart set prices, there will be an hourly rate added to each service if it were to go over the average set timing. Pricing and Timing can vary depending on hair length, thickness, and what your desired look is.


⦁    Corrective Color:

Corrective Color Services will now require a consultation prior to setting your appointment. Note that this service can take anywhere to 5+ hours depending on hair's current  condition, history, and desired look. 


Booking Policy

⦁    Effective Oct 1st we will be implementing a booking policy. 

(Please read cancellation policy for further information)


⦁    A credit card is required to book your appointment at Montero Styles Hair Studio. This card will only be charged to collect the 25% deposit when booking a COLOR service, AND/OR in the event of violating our cancellation/ no-show policy.
   

Cancellation Policy

⦁    Effective Oct 1st we will be implementing a cancellation policy.


⦁    NON-COLOR: We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require a minimum of 24 hour notice for any cancellation or change. (For non-color appointments only)

 

If you were to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your  scheduled appointment.

 

If a no call/no show were to occur, you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.


⦁     COLOR:  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require a minimum of 72 hour notice for any cancellation or change. (For color appointments only)

 

All color clients are required to pay a 25% deposit of services scheduled, and will go towards final ticket price the day of. 

 

If you were to cancel without rescheduling your appointment less than 72 hours in advance, the 25% deposit will be kept and you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment. 

 

If a no call/no show were to occur, you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

 

PLEASE NOTE: As a courtesy, you will receive a message confirming your appointment upon booking, as well as a message 72 and 24 hours prior.  


⦁    Your appointments are very important to us at Montero Styles Hair Studio. They are reserved especially for you. Therefore we hope you understand our need to implement this new policy for future appointments. We appreciate your continued support and business always. 


   Late Policy


   
⦁      Please arrive upon scheduled appointment time. 

 

If you are running late, please be sure to communicate it to your scheduled service provider. 

 

You will have a 15 minute grace period to arrive to your scheduled appointment time. If you are late to your appointment, this may affect our ability to provide your service to the fullest.

 

Please be advised, if you are more than 15 minutes late you will receive a courtesy call regarding your appointment that will result in possibly having to forfeit your appointment and paying the no show fee. 


   

Additional Guests

⦁    Do to the limited space in our studio, we respectfully ask that you do NOT bring additional guests to your appointment. (Excluding minors needing parent supervision)

 

If so, please use our designated waiting areas.


⦁    In the case you are a parent supervising more than one child, please take into consideration our limited space and if is at all possible, please use the designated waiting areas while your child receives their service.  


Redo Policy

⦁    PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT offer refunds. 

 

HOWEVER, if you have a problem with your hair of any kind after leaving the Studio, you will have 14 days to contact and schedule a consultation to discuss your needs moving forward and /or a redo service.
